Q: Is there a food and beverage minimum?
A: There is no minimum.

Q: What is the standard cost of a wedding package?
A: Packages start at approximately $80.

Q: Are there discounts for off season weddings or Friday/Sundays?
A: There is a 15% discount on Friday and Sunday. The same discount applies for the off season, however, only the indoor space is available.

Q: What is the maximum the venue can hold?
A: Our ClearSpan greenside tent can hole up to 240 people with a sit-down dinner and 20 x 20 ft. dance area. We also offer an indoor alternative which seats 60, ideal for smaller receptions, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, or other special events.

Q: Is there a time limit for the wedding?
A: Our weddings typically last 6 hours. Due to the local town ordinance, outdoor entertainment must conclude by 10pm, however the party can go on in our indoor reception area with an alternate dance floor.

Q: What is included in the decor?
A: White padded folding chairs, table linens and napkins in your choice of color, use of 12 inch round mirror and glass bowl centerpieces, & 5 foot round tables for guests.

Q: Is there a bridal room to get ready in?
A: There is a private locker room space that is reserved for the day to get ready in.

Q: Will I have access to the entire property on my wedding day?
A: As long as you are accompanied by a Greystone staff member you will have access to the entire property for photographs.

Q: How do I hold a date?
A: After you take a tour of the facility, a complimentary two-week hold will be placed on the date of your choosing, after that time a $1,000 deposit will be required to hold that date permanently.
